Jean Biacsi

Jean Biacsi, RN, MBA, CHE, is the Chairman and Founder of nurse jean™.

Jean is the former Vice President, Corporate Office, Government/ Community Affairs at All Saints Health System, in Fort Worth, Texas, and was the Administrative Director of Heritage Southwest Medical Group in Dallas. Additionally, she is a Certified Parish Nurse, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and a past Johnson & Johnson/Wharton Fellow in Management for Nurse Executives.

Jean was a 1999 recipient of the “Great 100 Nurses of Texas” award. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dallas where she developed courses in Health Insurance/Managed Care and Hospitals and Integrated Care Delivery. Jean is a contributing presenter and educator for the Health Science Television Network and is a Board member of multiple community, civic, and professional organizations, including the Area Agency on Aging, Senior Citizens of Tarrant County, ACHE, Managed Care Association and Rotary.
